I finally got an idea for the first project I told myself to be working on right now! Of course, I think of it when I'm already getting into my princess logos. But hey, whatever, at least I finally thought of something.
Someone may or may not already be doing this, and it seems so obvious I would expect someone definitely is, but I'm going to make my own little rendition anyway. Ok, it was supposed to be tea packaging, but I changed my mind. Earlier this evening, while procrastinating on my anthropology homework by making myself a toaster strudel, I thought it would be nice to have a cup of hot cocoa. It's about that time of year and it was a bit chilly in my apartment. So I made myself a cup, which actually consisted mainly of highly sweetened coffee, copious amounts of nondairy creamer, and two heaping spoonfuls of Ovaltine (I'm out of milk right now, ok). While I was assembly my little improvised hot cocoa I thought "how nice would it be if I had some of these little coffee pods for this fancy-ass coffee machine that were filled with cocoa instead of coffee?" Then not only would have lazy-person coffee, I could have lazy-person hot cocoa! Duh! I took a moment to congratulate myself on my brilliance of course, and then decided I would use that idea for my little hot beverage project. So simple, right? I love it. Simplicity might just be as golden as silence (and that might just be my next Facebook update. On a roll tonight!). So now that I've made like two entries and several edits to the blog today, I really must get back to homework. Got two hours to make with some intelligent sounding discussion posts on cultural anthropology. Procrastination switch: off! (yeah right)
